Orthodontics is about more than straight teeth. It’s about confidence, health, and the joy of seeing someone smile without hesitation. That belief has guided Dr. Gary Holt throughout his career while serving families in Littleton and Highlands Ranch. Since opening his solo practice in 2008, Dr. Holt has built two vibrant offices that care for generations of families. It’s common for patients who begin treatment as teens to return years later with their own kids. Dr. Holt is the team orthodontist for the Denver Nuggets, a five time Ironman finisher, and a world champion duathlete. The most meaningful moments are the simple ones—for example, when a patient finishes treatment, sees their new smile in the mirror, and realizes it’s theirs for life.
