Dr. Ines Quintanilla and his fellow providers, Dr. Bryan Savage and Dr. LaShica Young, provide board-certified pediatric oral healthcare for children ages 0-18 at two kid-friendly Denver Metro locations. With offices in both Arvada & Centennial, West Metro Pediatric Dentistry has made it a priority every day since 2008 to help Colorado’s youngest smiles stay happy and healthy.

Our offices are equipped with all the latest pediatric dental technology, as well as interactive toys and dental teaching tools to keep your child happy and engaged while visiting us. Our Colorado-themed play areas are filled with fun toys, books, & video games. Every dental chair has an overhead TV, movies, and headphones for children to enjoy during their visits. Our primary focus at West Metro Pediatric Dentistry is providing fun, educational dental visits for your child.

Our golden rule is First Tooth, First Birthday, First Dental Visit. We love to see kiddos at a young age to help establish a dental home for them during their early years. We believe so strongly in this that we offer free new patient visits for children under the age of 2. Every new patient at our office also gets to pick one of our favorite tooth-themed children’s books to help support great oral hygiene at home.

We start regular dental cleanings and exams at the age of one, and continue to see your child every 6 months through her/his high school years. Dr. Ines Quintanilla, Dr. Bryan Savage, and Dr. LaShica Young spend time at each visit talking about dental growth and development milestones, at home oral hygiene goals, and the importance of healthy food and drink choices for teeth. Each and every visit ends with a visit to our kid-approved Toy Tower. When your child is cavity free, she/he gets to enter our Cavity Free in Colorado drawing and take home a sticker to show off her/his accomplishment.

If your child has dental treatment needs outside of regular cleanings and exams, we have a comprehensive group of treatment options. All of our private treatment rooms offer nitrous oxide while your child relaxes and watches a movie overhead. We have weighted blankets, mouth props, and other tools to help support various patient needs. When necessary, we also offer additional treatment options both in our office and at Children’s Hospital Colorado, where all of our providers are credentialed for extended care.

Dr. Ines Quintanilla, Dr. Bryan Savage, and Dr. LaShica Young have all received extensive additional training as pediatric dentists, including how to help patients with dental anxiety, caring for patients with special needs, and working with any medical conditions that may need a more personally-tailored dental visit.

Dr. Ines Quintanilla completed his undergraduate degree at University of Texas (Go Longhorns!) in Austin, Texas and received his doctorate in dentistry from Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. He then completed his pediatric dental residency at the same school, training at both Children’s Medical Center and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital. He is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and is a proud member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, and all of their local affiliates.
