Dr. Thomas C. Reed is a private practice general dentist and owner with more than 30 years of experience delivering comprehensive oral healthcare across the Metro Denver area. He currently leads Link Dental, where he continues to provide patient-centered care grounded in clinical excellence and long-standing community relationships. The practice is uniquely qualified to deliver comprehensive oral health care for all ages in one location. Dr. Reed earned his BA in Economics from Miami University in 1991, his DDS from Northwestern University in 1995, and completed a General Practice Residency at The Ohio State University in 1996. He has extensive continuing education in dental implants, obstructive sleep apnea, clear aligner orthodontics, and managing oral health needs in conjunction with complex medical histories.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Reed is a co-founder of Dynamic Dental Ascension, where he mentors dental practice owners and their teams in leadership, growth strategy, and operational excellence. He is also the author of The Eminently Qualified Dentist, a guide for dentists seeking to elevate their professional leadership skills. His commitment to service includes work as a dental consultant for Craig Hospital through his nonprofit Linked to Craig, where he supports individuals recovering from spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries. He has also organized free dental care days for underserved patients facing significant barriers to treatment.

Dr. Reed is passionate about education and regularly teaches leadership, practice management, and strategic goal setting to students at the CU College of Dentistry, contributing several sessions each semester for both ASDA and student business groups. His overarching mission is to help dental students and fellow practitioners successfully navigate the growing complexities of private practice by fostering strong professional communities and sharing the insights, systems, and mindset needed to thrive.
