Margot Alicks began her legal career in corporate litigation working for one of the oldest and largest Delaware law firms. After several years of mergers and acquisitions work, she moved to Colorado and shifted her focus to complex family law matters. After nearly a decade of family law litigation, she struck out on her own to create ADR Law LLC, offering neutral alternative dispute resolution services to families going through the legal process of divorce, legal separation, and post-decree disputes. Having now served exclusively as a neutral for years, rather than as an attorney representing parties, she enjoys helping families come up with their own rules to govern their lives rather than leaving it to the courts to impose the rules on them.
