Stan Doida is the co-founder of Doida Crow Legal, a boutique corporate law firm in Denver focused on helping entrepreneurs grow, buy, and sell businesses. With both a J.D. and an M.B.A., Stan uses his unique dual expertise in business and all corporate legal areas, including securities, financing, mergers and acquisitions, entrepreneurial and start-up legal issues, venture capital, and contracts. Stan is working to reframe the value of legal services so that clients can reap the maximum benefits of strategic counsel with his fixed fee offerings. During the course of Stan’s career, he has represented clients ranging from small private companies to large public companies in a wide array of industries, including technology, SaaS and internet services, biotechnology, financial services, construction, energy, and consumer and business-to-business products and services. Stan frequently acts as outside general counsel to businesses for their day-to-day operational and growth needs.
